ENTRY IS REQUIRED ONLINE. ENTRY DEADLINE IS AUGUST 1ST, 2026
 
NEW FOR 2026 - All market animals must be pre-entered by indicated ownership deadline. ALL Market Animals must be tagged with their official Monterey County Fair assigned Ear Tag prior to arrival on grounds. Ear Tags will be provided to all exhibitors prior to fair.
 
Please note below important information to submit:
 
Due by August 1st at 11:59 PM: E-mail to entry@montereycountyfair.com;
 
YQCA Certification: YQCA certificate (entire certificate) e-mailed.
 
Exhibitor Code of Conduct/Parent Code of Conduct: Read, review, sign and e-mailed.
  
PROP 12 Certification (Hogs Only): E-mail certificate from breeder.
 
Due by August 1st at 11:59 PM: Storm Water Survey: Completed online https://forms.gle/6nf6SsvUrp4Hr2Jj8
 
Due by August 15th: Email a picture of exhibitor and animal for display at the Jr. Livestock Auction to entry@montereycountyfair.com.
